  • The Donation Balance embeddable field is now three fields: Donation Balance (All), Donation Balance (This Yr), Donation Balance (Last Yr) to make it easier to send tax statements to members and only calculate donations from the previous or current year.

Problems/Issues Fixed

• When setting the expiration behavior for a Status to "Age" or End Date + Days, the "Age" and "Days" field didn't always display, so it couldn't be set.
• Basic Search date settings would not reload from a saved query.
• An error occurs when selecting certain reports or opening the search window from the membership or activity list. (5.3.6.1 - 5.3.6.3)
• When a status is changed on a member record, the Include in Mailings and Include on Reports flags on the record should automatically update to the values set for that status. (5.3.6.4)
• An exception error occurs occasionally when opening the search window (5.3.6.5)
• When adding two Friend/Family records that are "twins", i.e., same birthdate, the system doesn't allow the second record to have the same birthdate unless you save a different date, then edit the record and change it to the desired date. (5.3.6.5)
• Post Card format Avery 8387 format is incorrect. It needs to be landscape orientation, not portrait. (5.3.6.6)
• Setting the starting label position to the bottom right corner (the last label on the page) always results in starting at the first position instead. (5.3.6.6)
